MCP Servers with a list_datasets tool
Every MCP server Pod knows of that exposes a list_datasets tool.
8 servers, ordered by decision readiness and adoption — GitHub stars and npm downloads where available, then reported issue volume. Pod has connected to 7 of them; the rest are publisher-reported and unverified.
Sanity
Create, query, and manage your structured content in Sanity directly from Claude. Run content audits, update documents, coordinate releases, and find anything across your projects. Or set up entirely new projects – schemas, content, and configuration – just by chatting with Claude.

Drivepoint
Drivepoint is the AI data and finance platform for consumer brands. Connect your sales, marketing, operations and finance data in one place, then use it to build reports, models and analyses with built-in consumer brand expertise and best practices. All the power of Claude pointed at a unified context and data layer built specifically for brands like yours. After a one-click OAuth sign-in, Claude can work directly with your Drivepoint data — exploring your warehouse, querying actuals, reviewing your financial plans, and producing reports and analyses grounded in your real numbers. No SQL or spreadsheet wrangling required. The connector ships built-in analyst guidance — a data dictionary, sample queries, a report catalog, and artifact style guides — that Claude loads automatically so it uses the correct columns, metric definitions, and conventions for your data. Every tool is read-only: the connector never writes, modifies, or deletes data. Access is limited to the companies your Drivepoint account is authorized for, and your data is fetched in real time and never stored by the connector.

EDEN by Basecamp Research
EDEN is Basecamp Research's frontier biological foundation model, trained on BaseData — the world's largest biological dataset, encompassing over 10 billion novel genes from more than a million species collected across 200+ sampling expeditions in 30+ countries.
This connector gives Claude access to two EDEN capabilities:
Antibiotic design (EDEN-AMP): Generate novel antimicrobial peptide candidates with predicted potency against 11 drug-resistant bacterial strains, including MRSA, Acinetobacter baumannii, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. 97% of EDEN-designed AMPs are active in the lab; one candidate showed efficacy in mice comparable to last-resort antibiotics.
Vaccine target prioritisation (EDEN-Immunogenicity): Predict the probability that a protein-coding antigen will trigger an immune response, using EDEN embeddings with AUROC 0.85 on external validation data. Reduces weeks of empirical target selection to a single workflow. Every BaseData sequence is collected under informed-consent and benefit-sharing agreements, with each sequence traceable to country-specific collection permits. For research use only.

Slatemark
Slatemark connects Claude to the record you keep around each journaled trade: delayed market data and analytics, public and primary-source research, your trade journal and framework rules, and, on Plus, authorized brokerage Account Data. Market data is approximately 15 minutes delayed and labeled with its freshness. On Plus, option-chain snapshots are available where listed. They contain no Greeks and use indicative, non-executable midpoint marks. Brokerage connections provide synced account views of balances, positions, orders, and activity, not market data. Upstream results include source and fetch-time metadata.
Use it to compare facts with your recorded rules, keep your thesis beside the outcome, and review patterns across past closed trades. On Plus, available brokerage fills can be imported and reconciled periodically while manual and broker-derived facts remain distinct. The Strategy Scorecard describes your own closed-trade results. It does not forecast them.
Claude creates each response. Slatemark hosts no model. Market, research, and brokerage access are read-only. Journal tools can change only your Slatemark records. Slatemark cannot place, modify, or cancel orders, move money, change a brokerage account, or tell you what to trade. It does not provide investment advice and is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary. This listing installs only the connector. The optional senior-analyst skill is separate.

Syntitan
The Syntitan MCP server helps teams check whether enterprise data is ready for AI use. Connect a dataset from Claude to get a six-axis readiness score, review what blocks AI use in plain language, and refine what needs attention. Syntitan saves the refined data as a versioned release, so results can be compared, reproduced, and traced back to the exact data state used.
Key features: • Score AI readiness - Check a dataset across six readiness dimensions and see what blocks AI use.
• Prepare data for AI execution - Refine missing, inconsistent, or hard-to-use data conditions before running AI workflows.
• Reproduce released data states - Save the prepared state as a release and return to it when results need to be checked.

Margins
Most data tools guess. Margins doesn't. Connect 1,000+ sources — Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, Meta, Google, banks, payroll, inventory — and run your business from a Claude conversation on accrual-grade accounting data. Ask anything: sales and profits, blended ROAS, true SKU margin, cash runway, anomalies. Build dashboards and schedule reports in plain English. Every answer is reconciled to the penny — numbers you can defend in a board meeting

app.hookie.ai
Hookie is a webhook platform: it captures anything sent to you — a provider's JSON, a plain HTML form, a scheduled job, a WebSocket feed — routes it into datasets with rules you define, and delivers signed, retried, replayable events onward. This server lets a coding agent do all of that on your behalf, from wherever you already work.
Connect it and your agent can read your workspace (projects, datasets, records, routing rules, endpoints, destinations, recent deliveries and their response codes) and build in it (create endpoints and rules, point events at a destination, define multi-step AI workflows, mint ingest keys, replay a failed delivery). Asking "why did last night's delivery fail?" and having the fix applied is one conversation rather than a tab-switch.
Nothing is installed and no key is pasted anywhere. The server is hosted at https://app.hookie.ai/mcp; your agent registers itself, you sign in once in the browser, and it holds a token it refreshes on its own — standard OAuth 2.1 with PKCE.
A newly connected agent can only read until you widen it in the console, and revoking takes effect on its very next call. It acts as you, with your workspace role narrowed to the scopes you granted — whichever is more restrictive wins. Billing is unreachable at every scope, and no tool can delete a project or drop a dataset's records. Every action lands in your audit log with you as the actor and the agent's client id recorded beside it.
