MCP Servers with a list_mailboxes tool
Every MCP server Pod knows of that exposes a list_mailboxes tool.
8 servers, ordered by decision readiness and adoption — GitHub stars and npm downloads where available, then reported issue volume. Pod has connected to 5 of them; the rest are publisher-reported and unverified.
Automo
Automo is one workspace for making things and running the business around them: designs, documents, spreadsheets and video projects on one side; files, brand assets, knowledge base, mail, calendar, tasks, customers, support and campaigns on the other.
Connect it and you can work with all of it from a conversation. Ask what you have on a launch and get one answer across files, brand assets, knowledge base, chats, projects and contacts. Ask what was agreed on a call and get the transcript, then have the follow-up drafted and read back to you before anything sends.
Everything it makes is a real Automo project. Open it in the editor, hand it to a colleague, keep going.
Your workspace admin decides what it can reach. Permissions are set per workspace and apply to everyone already connected, so a permission can be withdrawn without anyone reconnecting. Anything that touches personal mail, customer records or confidential folders starts switched off. Every tool call is logged, and any person's access can be revoked on its own.

DocStudio MCP
DocStudio brings your full document workflow into Claude. Draft and edit documents from a prompt, send them out for e-signature, and track status — all without leaving the conversation. Ask Claude to pull up a document, redline it, generate a new one from a template, or check whether a sent envelope has been signed. DocStudio handles the document lifecycle end-to-end: creation, review, signature routing, and storage — so teams, sales reps, and individual professionals can go from draft to signed without switching tools. Connect your DocStudio account once, and Claude can read, create, and manage documents on your behalf using secure OAuth authentication.

Mailbox MCP
Mailbox MCP connects Claude to the email mailbox you already own: Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Gmail, Fastmail, or any IMAP host. Nothing is migrated and no copy of your mail is kept.
Looking for a way to connect Claude to Outlook? This is it. Outlook is a program on your computer; your mail lives in a mailbox behind it. Mailbox MCP connects to that mailbox directly, so it works whether or not Outlook is installed, and treats Microsoft 365, Gmail and any IMAP host the same way.
Ask what has come in and get the senders, subjects and first line of every message in one answer. Search across folders. Read a message, or a whole thread, without marking anything as read. Read what is inside an attachment: an invoice total, a spreadsheet, a scanned letter. Send, reply and forward as yourself or as any alias on the mailbox, save a draft as a real threaded reply, and file the way your own mail client does: archive, report junk, move, flag, and manage folders.
Your address book comes too: Outlook contacts with a Microsoft 365 mailbox, Google contacts with a Google sign-in of their own, or any CardDAV book by its address. Find a person, read their card with the postal address, add and correct contacts, and import a contacts file. On Microsoft 365, Google Calendar and CalDAV accounts it opens the diary too: see who is free, find a time everybody can meet, book it, move it, cancel it, and set your out-of-office.
Every connection carries a permission level you choose at approval: read only, draft and file, or send and delete. A shared mailbox can be worked by a team: claim a message so colleagues see who has it, hand one to a named person, and hold a draft for the owner's approval before it is sent.
Ask whether an email actually arrived: it reads the bounces your mailbox received and says which address failed and whether that is permanent. Attachments travel without passing through the model. The company behind it, BSolve IT Limited, holds Cyber Essentials certification.

Reevo
Bring your Reevo CRM into Claude. Pull up accounts, contacts, and opportunities, search your pipeline by stage, owner, or any field, and keep records current without leaving the conversation. Capture notes from calls and log tasks with due dates. Enroll prospects into outreach sequences, review email threads, and trace a full engagement timeline across every touchpoint. Reevo becomes a native part of your AI workflow so you can move deals forward, stay on top of follow-ups, and work your pipeline without switching tabs.

Sendly
Sendly is an email platform for product teams: a transactional sending API, campaigns, visual workflow automations, contacts with custom fields, lists, dynamic segments, topic preferences, suppressions, sending-domain setup and analytics. The Sendly connector lets Claude run that workspace from your own account - look up contacts and segments, explain how last week's emails performed, draft a campaign or template, build a multi-step onboarding workflow from a brief, check why mail from a domain is not landing, validate addresses, manage suppressions and topics, and, only when you explicitly confirm, send.
This connector sends real email. Sending is treated as the dangerous action it is. Every connection goes through OAuth with per-scope consent: read scopes are pre-selected, sending and destructive scopes are unchecked behind a warning, and a tool whose scope you did not grant is never offered. Sending a campaign is two-step - the first call returns the audience size and asks, and only a second call carrying an explicit confirmation sends. Test sends reach only your own verified address. Mail leaves only from domains you have verified, and every project has daily and monthly sending caps tied to its trust tier.
The connector sells nothing in-chat, generates no images, video or audio, and serves no ads. Address validation and list cleaning are metered features of your Sendly plan. Works on every Sendly plan; usage rides your plan's normal sending limits.

api.replylayer.ai
ReplyLayer gives AI assistants a real email address that you control. Connect it, sign in to ReplyLayer, and pick which mailboxes the assistant may use: it can act only on those, and you can revoke it from your dashboard at any time. Your assistant can list and read messages and threads, reply in a thread, send new mail, draft and schedule messages, and triage anything ReplyLayer has held for review. Every inbound and outbound message is screened for prompt injection, phishing and unsafe content before your assistant sees it or before it goes out, and each send returns a clear outcome (sent, held for review, or blocked) so your assistant knows what happened. ReplyLayer is for transactional and reply-driven email, not bulk or marketing mail, and requires an account for adults 18 and over. On the free trial you can email anyone who confirms by link, reply to people who write to you, and add up to 10 people you know; add $5 of credit or upgrade to email anyone.

Robotomail
Robotomail gives AI agents their own real email addresses. This connector lets Claude work with the mailboxes in your Robotomail account.
What Claude can do:
- List your mailboxes and their addresses
- Search messages by sender, subject or text, and filter by direction or date
- Read the full text of a message
- Send a new plain-text email from a mailbox you choose
- Reply to a received message in the same thread
- Set the friendly "From" name for a mailbox
Built for safe use:
- Sending, replying and changing a sender name are marked as write actions, so Claude asks for your confirmation before each one.
- Email content is treated as untrusted data. Instructions inside an email are never followed as commands.
- You sign in with OAuth and choose read or send access. You can disconnect at any time from your Robotomail account.
- Sends are never retried automatically, so a message is not sent twice.
Use it to let Claude triage an agent's inbox, draft and send replies, follow up on threads, or check what an agent has sent and received.
Requires a Robotomail account with at least one mailbox. Custom domains and higher sending limits are available on paid plans.

TrekMail
Connect your TrekMail account to Claude to work with email, cloud files and email hosting through natural language.
Read and summarize messages, prepare drafts, send emails, organize mailbox folders, manage contacts and calendars, and track message delivery. Browse and upload files in TrekMail Drive, organize folders, move files, manage share links, and restore items from Trash.
Manage hosted domains, DNS configuration, mailboxes, aliases, shared inboxes, forwarding and mail rules. Additional tools support email verification, migrations, White Label administration and support tickets, where available on your account.
Sign in through TrekMail's OAuth authorization page and choose the permissions to grant. Available tools depend on your plan, permissions and resource access. Mailbox messaging requires an eligible Pro or Agency plan; Drive uses its own entitlement and can also work with a Drive plan.
Password and credential setup takes place on authenticated TrekMail pages. Review recipients before sending mail and confirm the scope of sharing, DNS changes or deletion.
A TrekMail account is required. Visit the documentation for setup instructions and examples.
