MCP Servers with a update_segment tool

Every MCP server Pod knows of that exposes a update_segment tool.

8 servers, ordered by decision readiness and adoption — GitHub stars and npm downloads where available, then reported issue volume. Pod has connected to 7 of them; the rest are publisher-reported and unverified.

Knips

Connect Knips with Claude, to project updates, build automated welcome flows for people who register interest, create segments of interested contacts and buyers from live data, and report on how every send performed. Everything Claude creates lands as a draft in Knips — you review, then you send.

Spoks

Connect Spoks with Claude to write on-brand campaigns using your real products and discount codes, build automations like abandoned cart and win-back flows, create segments from live customer data, and report on the revenue and clicks your sends actually drove. Everything Claude creates lands as a draft in Spoks — you review, then you send.

Fullstory

Ask your product data anything, and get answers you can verify.

Fullstory MCP connects Claude to your product's behavioral data. Ask how many users adopted a feature, where checkout is leaking, or whether yesterday's release broke something, and Claude builds the segment, computes the metric, and explains the result with a link back to Fullstory.

Analytics connectors can give you numbers. Fullstory shows you what happened. Every metric unpacks into real session replay, so "conversion dropped 12%" becomes "the coupon field errors for logged-out users."

And because Fullstory autocaptures clicks, page views, errors, and frustration signals, many questions need no instrumentation at all. Ask about rage clicks on pricing or errors in checkout without shipping a single event.

What Claude can do: (1) Build and save segments and metrics. Describe the users or behavior you care about in your own words; Claude creates the segment or metric in Fullstory where your whole team can reuse it.

(2) Compute on demand. Counts, rates, trends, and breakdowns by device, browser, geography, or user property, over any time window.

(3) Speak your product's language. Claude discovers your pages, named elements, and defined events, so questions map to your real product vocabulary instead of guessed selectors.

(4) Analyze conversions. Read your saved funnels and measure where users drop and why.

(5) Back every number with sessions. Retrieve the sessions and events behind any metric, including frustration signals like rage clicks and dead clicks.

(6) Read sessions at scale. Ask Claude to review dozens of sessions behind a drop-off or an alert and report the patterns, including failures that never reached your error tracker.

Teams use it to let PMs, support, and engineers self-serve answers that used to queue behind an analyst, and to settle "why did this number move?" with evidence instead of theories.

OneSignal

The OneSignal MCP server gives AI agents direct access to OneSignal’s customer engagement platform. Agents can explore users, segments, messages, templates, and analytics; answer product and campaign questions; troubleshoot delivery and engagement issues; generate insights; and help create personalized omnichannel messaging across push, email, SMS, RCS, in-app messaging, and Live Activities.

SalesAutopilot

SalesAutopilot is an email marketing and marketing automation platform. This MCP server gives your AI assistant secure, OAuth 2.0-authenticated access to your own SalesAutopilot account, so you can manage campaigns and subscriber data using natural language instead of clicking through the app.

Key capabilities: Campaigns & reporting — list and analyze past campaigns, open/click rates, and performance over time. Email content — create, update, and manage HTML email letters and templates. Subscriber lists — create lists and custom fields, add and update subscribers, and manage list structure. Segmentation — build and manage subscriber segments with detailed filter conditions. Sends & automation — configure sends, schedule or trigger email deliveries, and set up automated actions tied to letter events or form submissions. Forms & landing pages — create and manage signup forms, data-update forms, and landing pages, including e-commerce order forms. Invoices & account data — look up billing history and shipping/payment method configuration. Access is scoped strictly to the SalesAutopilot account the user connects — the AI assistant can never see or act on another customer's data. Irreversible actions (deletions, activating a live send) require the assistant to ask for explicit user confirmation before proceeding.

Sendly

Sendly is an email platform for product teams: a transactional sending API, campaigns, visual workflow automations, contacts with custom fields, lists, dynamic segments, topic preferences, suppressions, sending-domain setup and analytics. The Sendly connector lets Claude run that workspace from your own account - look up contacts and segments, explain how last week's emails performed, draft a campaign or template, build a multi-step onboarding workflow from a brief, check why mail from a domain is not landing, validate addresses, manage suppressions and topics, and, only when you explicitly confirm, send.

This connector sends real email. Sending is treated as the dangerous action it is. Every connection goes through OAuth with per-scope consent: read scopes are pre-selected, sending and destructive scopes are unchecked behind a warning, and a tool whose scope you did not grant is never offered. Sending a campaign is two-step - the first call returns the audience size and asks, and only a second call carrying an explicit confirmation sends. Test sends reach only your own verified address. Mail leaves only from domains you have verified, and every project has daily and monthly sending caps tied to its trust tier.

The connector sells nothing in-chat, generates no images, video or audio, and serves no ads. Address validation and list cleaning are metered features of your Sendly plan. Works on every Sendly plan; usage rides your plan's normal sending limits.

Coproduct

Roll out features to your mobile apps without leaving the conversation.

Coproduct is a feature management and experimentation platform for teams shipping mobile apps. Create, manage and publish feature flags from Claude. Ask for your flags and you get an interactive list: every flag with its state in each environment, who it targets, and a toggle you can flip on the spot. Ask about one flag and you get its detail, with targeting rules you can reorder, edit, and roll out to a percentage of users. Ask to create a flag or an audience segment and a builder opens, so you set the key, the type, the values and the safe fallback yourself.

Your SDK keys stay yours. Key strings are shown once in the key manager and are never part of the conversation.

Requires a Coproduct account.
