Busque na carteira de clientes, consulte a agenda de visitas e compromissos, e peça os números do painel: imóveis ativos, leads e clientes no mês, funil por etapa, vendas, VGV e taxa de conversão.

Registrar: cadastre e atualize leads, mova um lead de etapa registrando a conversa e o próximo contato, agende visitas e compromissos, cadastre um imóvel novo já publicado no site e ajuste preço, situação e destaque de imóveis existentes. Nenhuma ferramenta apaga dados; exclusão continua sendo feita no painel.

Cada acesso enxerga apenas os dados da imobiliária conectada. Corretor vê somente os próprios leads, clientes e agenda; o dono da conta vê tudo e pode filtrar por corretor. As respostas saem em português, com valores em reais.

É preciso ter uma conta VeloImob com o recurso liberado. Use as mesmas credenciais do painel para conectar.

Why the tool list is not verified

VeloImob CRM refuses an anonymous tools/list, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
