Enhancement: Create a MCP server for Demo Time
Based on feedback from @waldekmastykarz
It would be cool if I could say in VSCode, this is my app, make a demo time with those steps and then it figures out how to do it via demo time docs.

[Feature] New focusTop property for the openFile action
For the openFile action, add the option to focus on top of the file, as VSCode might open the file on the last focused line. This should be optional, as somebody want to have the default VSCode behavior. (I add a cursorPosition: start now after every openFile step, but this would make repeated behavior possible by default, and save the time of adding the step)
