Our row byte-library/f5f2b0af still describes POST /feeds/address-reputation as the flagship. We now feature POST /feeds/sanctions-screen — signed, version-pinned OFAC SDN + Consolidated screening at $0.05; every answer embeds the list-state (published date + sha256) it was judged against. Catalog price_usd stale after registration — need update/upsert for existing URLs (GEDX402)

Summary

POST /register rejects re-registration when the URL already exists (HTTP 409), but does not update price_usd (or description) on the existing row. We need either a maintainer data fix for our endpoints or a documented update/upsert API.
