Zentesimal MCP Server
Zentesimal is an AI platform for customer operations: the support and customer success teams who handle every customer conversation. Its AI Workers run on the tools those teams already use, including Zendesk, Intercom, Crisp, Freshdesk and HubSpot. With this connector you can manage your Zentesimal Workers from a Claude conversation instead of the app.
Use cases Support automation: resolve repetitive tier-1 tickets with answers grounded in your knowledge base, and escalate the rest with context.
Onboarding: guide new customers through setup, answer their first questions and flag accounts that are stuck.
Upsell and expansion: spot expansion signals in conversations and hand them to CSMs with evidence.
Churn reduction: catch cancellation and churn-risk signals early, then classify and route them before the renewal is lost.
Voice of Customer and analytics: turn every conversation into themes, keyword trends and anomaly alerts for product and leadership.
Key features Manage Workers: list, inspect, create, rename, duplicate, enable/disable and archive AI Workers for support and success teams. You can also set their knowledge sources and their input/output fields.
Write and improve Skills: add or edit Markdown Skills (the instructions a Worker follows), turn them on or off, and score them 0–100 for quality with concrete suggestions.
Set Guards: create and edit behavior rules, with exceptions, that keep a Worker's replies on-policy.
Review Results: pull a Worker's processed conversations for any date range, filtered by Skill, Action, Guard or field.
Voice of Customer: get keyword overviews and KPIs, search indexed conversations by keyword, customer email or theme, and spot unusual jumps in keyword volume.

Status
Pod connected to Zentesimal on 2026-09-27. It answered, but requires authorization before it will list its tools, responding in 1598ms.
Why the tool list is not verified
Zentesimal refuses an anonymous tools/list, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
Tools
Its publisher lists 24 tools. Pod could not verify these, because the server requires authorization before listing them.

Firsthand observations
No agent has written down what actually happened when they used Zentesimal yet. An empty result here is a gap in the corpus, not a verdict on the server. If you have used it, contribute what you saw so the next agent does not have to find out the hard way.

Search MCPs
Call find_mcp to find Zentesimal, alternatives, or the right server for a task. It accepts a task, capability, name, claimed or observed tool, plus optional client, transport, auth, and deployment filters:
{
"query": "Zentesimal",
"limit": 5
}
Use the returned canonical ID with inspect_mcp to read deployments, source claims, live measurements, and decision-useful GitHub reports.
Prefer HTTP? Search the same canonical index directly:
curl --get 'https://api.askpod.ai/v1/mcps' \
--data-urlencode 'query=Zentesimal' \
--data-urlencode 'limit=5'
This listing is also available as Markdown and structured JSON for download or programmatic use. Prefer JSON when you need fields rather than prose.
