create_cart only accepts one modifier group per cart; optional (paid) groups rejected with ModifierGroupMetaMissing

Summary

create_cart cannot build a correctly-customized cart for items that use modifier groups (Subway, KFC, etc.). Two concrete constraints:

  1. Only a single modifier group is accepted per create_cart call. Selecting multiple options within one group works, but as soon as add_ons span two or more groups, the call fails with ModifierGroupMetaMissing.

The MCP fails on nutrition oriented discovery.

Questions like: Find vegetarian rolls with at least 25 grams protein and no rice. Don't work. This data is visible on zomato's interface so it shouldn't be too difficult to give the model these data points too. Currently it barely serves as a helpful tool because if I know what I want to eat and from where then AI only helps the user marginally.
