Case Status MCP Server

Case Status is the client-communication platform for law firms. This connector gives Claude the same view of your firm you have in the Case Status app, scoped to your own login and permissions.

Ask Claude to look up a case or client, read a case's message thread, check what is on your plate or overdue, see upcoming appointments, run an Insights report, or review the firm's practice areas, templates, and automations.

Claude can also act for you: send a client message, create or complete a task, schedule an appointment, update a case's stage or notes, reassign cases, attach a document, and send review requests to happy clients. Every action is limited to what your Case Status permissions already allow. Changes that touch many records, such as bulk reassignments and firm settings, show a preview first and only apply after you approve.

The connector talks only to Case Status' own API. You can disconnect it at any time from Claude or from your Case Status settings.

Why the tool list is not verified

Case Status refuses an anonymous tools/list, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
