Ask Claude to build a survey by describing it: "ask new customers how they found us, then offer 15% off their next order." Claude interviews you the way a good consultant would, drafts the questions, and shows you the whole thing before anything goes live. Ask it what the answers mean — which channel sends your highest-value buyers, which question is losing people, what changed this month — and it reads your real response data to answer.

It can also run the parts merchants usually postpone: targeting sets to specific products, checking a keyword actually matches your catalog before you trust it, linting your setup for coverage gaps and wording drift that quietly splits your analytics, and connecting Klaviyo so answers land on customer profiles for segments and flows.

Nothing reaches a customer without your say-so. Question sets are always created switched OFF. To publish one, Claude has to come back, show you exactly what it plans to turn on, and get a yes in the chat first — one yes can cover a batch. It refuses to publish anything half-built, such as a free gift reward with no product chosen. Read-only questions answer instantly; permanent deletion always asks.
