LetterScript MCP Server

LetterScript reads the documents in a California residential real-estate transaction and turns them into facts you can ask about: the transaction record with the page each value came from, contingency and closing dates derived from the executed contract, the point-of-sale disclosures the property's address triggers, and which of them you have already collected.

Connect it and your assistant can answer questions about your own deals without you opening the file. Ask what a contingency date is and where it came from. Ask which disclosures Berkeley requires for a specific address. Search the deal's documents and get an answer with the document and page cited.

This connector is read-only. It cannot send email, edit a date, upload or delete a document, or move money. It reaches only the transactions you select when you connect it, and only for as long as you leave it connected.

Values are extracted or derived by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Confirm every date and figure against the executed documents before you rely on it. Not legal advice.
