PrefMark MCP Server

PrefMark is a private workspace for early-stage investors. It turns a deal's materials into an investment memo with one clear stance (Greenlight, Watch or Pass), evidence you can trace, and the diligence questions that are still open.

With this connector, Claude can:

Find a deal by name and read its stance, reasons, risks and facts, each with its evidence level.
Tell you what changed since your last review and which questions are still open.
Read the Investment Memo and its Quick Read.
Add deals, save notes, and add or update diligence questions.
Draft a rewrite of a memo section, or pass on an update from a founder.

Claude never changes your memo or your stance by itself. A rewrite or a new figure arrives in PrefMark as a suggested change, with the current text next to the new one, and nothing lands until you accept it in PrefMark. Changes to questions, notes and deal details can be undone in PrefMark.

PrefMark is in a private beta for invited investors. You need a PrefMark account to connect.
