MCP Servers with a update_ticket tool
Every MCP server Pod knows of that exposes a update_ticket tool.
8 servers, ordered by decision readiness and adoption — GitHub stars and npm downloads where available, then reported issue volume. Pod has connected to 6 of them; the rest are publisher-reported and unverified.
Gorgias MCP
Gorgias is the AI-powered customer experience platform for ecommerce brands. This connector gives your AI assistant secure, OAuth-based access to your Gorgias account so you can audit your setup, pull voice-of-customer insights, and take real helpdesk actions from chat.
What you can do:
Tickets: search and read tickets with full message history, reply to customers, post internal notes, update status and priority, and add tags. Macros and rules: find stale or duplicate macros, create and update macros, apply them to tickets, and manage automation rules. AI Agent: audit and tune your AI Agent — tone of voice, handover topics, support actions (including creating new ones from templates), channel enablement — and preview replies safely in test mode before going live. Knowledge: review, draft, and publish Help Center guidance that powers your AI Agent. Customers and team: look up customer profiles and review your agent roster. Insights: query your helpdesk data to surface contact-reason trends, frustration patterns, return reasons, and CSAT drivers.
How it works: sign in with your Gorgias credentials through the standard browser OAuth flow — no API keys to copy. All calls run against your own Gorgias account, as your Gorgias user. Have your Gorgias subdomain (the part before .gorgias.com) handy when you connect.
Available on all Gorgias Helpdesk plans.

Dispatch Tickets
Dispatch Tickets is the ticketing API for developers and multi-brand organizations — and this connector brings your support tickets into Claude.
Ask Claude to list and search tickets, read the full conversation including internal notes, and check ticket counts by status. Claude can also create and update tickets, post public replies that email the customer, and add private internal notes — every tool is clearly annotated as read-only or write, and the one tool that emails a customer (reply_to_customer) is flagged so you always know when a message leaves your workspace.
It's multi-brand: one connection reaches every brand (workspace) in your Dispatch Tickets organization, and every request is scoped to the brand you choose. You sign in with OAuth and pick which organization to grant access to; Claude only ever acts on that organization's data. No per-seat fees. Learn more at dispatchtickets.com.

Montra
Montra turns narrated screen recordings into structured tickets with annotated screenshots and transcripts; this connector lets Claude browse your workspace's documents and tickets, pull the screenshots and transcripts behind each one, and create, update, link, and close tickets as it implements the work.

Syncro
Syncro is a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform. Connect Claude to your Syncro instance for live access to tickets, alerts, customers, contacts, assets, products, appointments, and invoices. Ask Claude to update a ticket, prep for a site visit, book a follow-up, or find work that never got billed. Turn a support call transcript into a ticket with the summary and next steps already populated. Build automation on the same tools. Requires a Syncro account. The connector reads, writes and updates data in your Syncro instance; it does not delete data. Access follows your own Syncro permissions and Claude can only do what your Syncro role allows.
You can use the Syncro connector to: Search: "Find everything in Syncro tied to Acme Corp: tickets, contacts, and open invoices." Manage tickets: "Update ticket #482 to Resolved and add a comment explaining the fix." Look up customers and contacts: "Pull every contact tied to Acme Corp and flag anyone missing a phone number." Track assets: "List every asset we have on file for Acme Corp before I head over." Handle invoicing and billing: "Show me every overdue invoice and email the top three to their customers." Log time: "Log 45 minutes of on-site work against ticket #482." Monitor alerts: "List every active alert so I know what needs attention today." Schedule appointments: "Book a follow-up visit for Acme Corp next Tuesday from 2 to 3 PM." Manage products: "Add a new product for our annual license renewal priced at $199."

RSVPify

You can use the RSVPify connector to:
• Build a branded event page: "Create a new event website for our Q1 leadership summit on March 12 in Chicago, brand-fetched from acme.com, with a two-question RSVP form."
• Manage the guest list: "Import the attached CSV of 972 guests into the Leadership Summit event. Tag anyone from Acme's exec team as VIP and seat them at the head table."
• Run a campaign to new registrants: "Draft a welcome email to everyone who registered in the last 48 hours and is traveling from the New York"
• Generate a custom report or wrap-up: "Give me a wrap-up for the Leadership Summit – attendance, top registration questions, dietary requirements, and revenue"
• Automate manual actions: "For every new registrant, tag them by company from their email domain, tag anyone whose title contains CEO, CFO, or Founder as C-Suite, tag dietary restrictions from the intake question, and flag anyone from our top 20 accounts as VIP."
Every action RSVPify's in-app Cue assistant can take is available here, so Claude can drive your event program end-to-end.
