min_assets: 0 should exclude nothing, since every recorded asset figure is at least 0. But the range clause it builds (ASSET:[0 TO *] or QBFASSET:[0 TO *]) also drops every record that has no asset figure, and no notice says so. A form client that submits 0 for an untouched number field loses those…

feat(tools): an institution's structure-change history — mergers, acquisitions, renames — from /history
Use case
A bank's merger and acquisition record isn't reachable from this server. fdic_get_institution_financials gives a merged-away bank's successor_cert, one hop forward. Nothing lists the institutions a bank absorbed, or its renames, charter conversions and relocations with their dates. BankFind serves all of these as structure-change events at /history.
